About The Band

Lead Vocals and Bass Guitar

Jeff started his musical aspirations when he bought his first bass at the age of 13 while living in Hawaii. It didn’t take him long to learn the basics and immediately joined a band playing covers by Pink Floyd, Ted Nugent, Kiss, and Foghat!

In 1979 his family moved to the east coast, and he quickly found others to form the band Tyranny, who played throughout the southern MD and VA music scenes. Although he took a six-year hiatus from music while serving in the USAF (1983-1989), he returned to MD to reform Tyranny for several years. Jeff then hooked up with keyboardist Kimo Kersee (now with Hwy 17) to form Radio Redline.  The two played together until 2012.

Now living in Leland, NC, Jeff recently played with the bands Riff Tide and Sunshine & The Hurricanes. He and along with the guitarist Phil Biancucci decided to venture off and have now formed Isle of Rock!

Phil has decades of experience playing guitar, his influencers being Keith Scott, Mick Ralphs, Billie Gibbons, Van Halen, Brad Gillis, Richie Sambora, Joe Walsh, Leslie West, and Brian May. After moving to the Myrtle Beach area in 2020, he has been lead guitar for the bands Rack-it ,The SunSonics and Sunshine & The Hurricanes.
